WE COLLECT FOLLOWING INFORMATION

1. When you fill out any forms in our Services, such as when you register for an Eazel account or update your account or User profile and settings;
2. When you associate your Eazel account on your account with another social media service (including when you sign up for our Services or sign in to our Services through another social media service ), where we may retrieve your username in that service and other information you make public through that service, which may vary depending on your service settings;
3. When you communicate with us on any reason;
Collecting Information Automatically:
We also may automatically collect certain information about how you access or use our Services. Examples include but are not limited to Internet browser, operating system, device and application identifier, IP address and geo-location information, hours and date of access, referring to and exiting pages and URLs, clickstream data, search terms, viewed pages, time spent on pages, bounce rate and sign in frequency.

If you use our Services to interact with another User or perform a transaction with another User, we may get information or feedback from them about their contact with you (for example, if you respond to their communications or a transaction completed with them). We may get information about you from third party partners (such as other companies where we can offer services together or conduct long- promotion events), third-party service providers, credit offices or other resources, including but not limited to demographic information, contact information, open data, available public data and information checking credit. Collecting Information from Our Mobile Platform and VR Application:
When you access our Services on a mobile device, for example, when you download or use a mobile Eazel application or visit our website from a mobile browser, you can we get information about your location and mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. Along with the other purposes described in this Policy, we may use this information to customize our Services, Content and marketing for your location. Most mobile devices allow you to disable location services, and your options for location services may vary depending on your mobile device.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FORM YOU
The information we collect helps us to operate, improve, protect, and customize our Services, and to develop new Services. We may use all the information we obtain from or about you for the following purposes:
.to allow you access our Services, which include new Services we are planning to develop later;

.to operate, improve, and customize our Services, Content, and marketing, to develop new Services, and to understand how you use and interact with our Services and Content, and products, services , and Content of others;

USER PROFILES, ACCOUNTS, AND SETTINGS
Registration, Access and Records:
To register for an Eazel account, you will need to provide your full name and a valid email address. If you have received our permission to use our Services as a business, you may need to complete an additional registration process and provide additional information. If you have an Eazel account, you may access, add, remove or update certain information about you in your profile and account settings, as indicated on our Services. It is your responsibility to update all such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. When you update your account or profile information, we may keep a record of the unrevised information for purposes consistent with this Policy. If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so by using the tools provided in your profile and account settings, subject to any other agreements between you and us. If you terminate your account, we may keep a record of any or all information associated with you or your account, as required or permitted by law, for purposes consistent with this Policy; specific account data that includes Personal Information including your name, e-mail, contact information, and certain other records such as settings and collector profiles will be removed at such termination.
Profile and Account Information:
To make our Services more interactive, certain information about Users’ profiles or accounts may be made accessible to other Users on or through our Services, as indicated in Users’ profile and account settings on our Services, or as otherwise indicated by us when you use certain Services. For example, if your public profile is enabled in your settings, your name and certain information that you may enter in your profile (such as a bio, location and website) will be visible to other Users on our Services. Our Services may include settings to control how certain profile or account information is shared with other Users on or through our Services, and you should check your profile and account settings regularly to be informed of your current choices. Please also note that public information on our Services may be indexed by third-party search engines and accessible through them.
Connecting to Other Users:
We aim to provide platforms and marketplace where users can discover and engage in a wide range of artworks, designs and other items from around the world, including items from different galleries, institutions and others that use our Services as exhibitors or sellers. To help do so, our Services may include features, such as messaging tools and email addresses hosted on our Services, which allow you to interact and communicate with other Users. For example, when a gallery or other seller lists a artwork or other item in our Services, our Services may enable us to contact them about that item or about other items they may have.
Information Sharing with Other Users:
When you use our Services to interact with another User or perform a transaction with another User, they may retrieve your name, email address and (if applicable) other contact information from us to facilitate the your communications or transactions. Sometimes other Users may get more information about you when you use our Services to contact them or make a transaction with them. For example, they may obtain information about your location, interests and other information, as indicated by us in connection with these Services, or if indicated in your profile and account settings. Our Services may include settings that allow you to choose how some information is shared with other Users when you contact them or perform a transaction with them, as indicated when you use the Services it or your profile and account settings. Please note that other Users may have their own privacy policies that apply to their use of information, and you can ask them about their policies before sharing their information to inform their practices. As mentioned above, this Policy does not apply to any entity that we do not own or control, or to any person we do not use or manage, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices.
ENTITIES WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH
Under this Policy, "Personal Information" means information that can be used to identify or contact a particular person (for example, a person's name, email address, postal address or phone number), and not included in Personal Information the information that exists has been aggregated or made anonymous to by itself, it is no longer recognized and may no longer be reasonably applicable to contact a particular person. We will only share your Personal Information with others in the ways described in this Policy, or otherwise with your prior consent. In addition to other Personal Information sharing described in this Policy, we may share your Personal Information with others in the following contexts.

Examples may include but are not limited to order fulfillment, package delivery, payment processing, collection of accounts, fraud investigations, email and postal mail handling, customer service assistance, web analytics and mobile data, and servers and database hosting services. We use third parties such as Stripe, to collect your data from financial institutions. By using our Services, you give our third-party providers the right, power, and authority to act for you to access and deliver your personal and financial information from relevant financial institutions in accordance with the terms of the privacy policies of such third-parties and terms of service.
AGGREGATED AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may either aggregate or make anonymous any Personal Information we have obtained in any way from or about you or others so that such information does not contain any Personal Information. We may use and share any aggregate, unrecognized or other non-personal identification information for any purpose, including research and development, marketing, and to inform others about how our Services or Content are engaged or used. The information we share in these contexts will not include your Personal Information.

Our Services include links to other websites or services we do not own or control, and other websites or services we do not own or control may include links to our Services. Our Services may also include features that allow you to link your Eazel account to your account with other social media services. For example, you may sign up for (or sign in to) our Services through another social media service. Our Services may also include features that allow you to share Content on other websites and social media services. However, these links and features are not an endorsement of any other websites or services, or any of their privacy policies or practices. When you visit or use other websites or services, they may collect information from you, including by using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other websites and services you visit or use to inform their practices.
Each Eazel account is protected by a password to help maintain the privacy and security of our Services. If you register for an account, we urge you to use a strong password that contains unique numbers, letters and special characters, and to protect the confidentiality of your password at all times. If you suspect or know any unauthorized access to or use of your account or password, you agree to notify us immediately and change your password. Please note that as we seek to protect your information and maintain the security of our Services, due to the possibility of hardware or software failure, unauthorized entry or use and other reasons, we cannot guarantee the security of any information, online whether or not. Any information transmission is at your own risk. Please note that any information you provide us via email is not encrypted.
Some jurisdictions have laws that give people the right to access or correct their Personal Information with a company about them. We respect any lawfulness that you may need to access or correct your Personal Information we have in our records, and you may email such firstname.lastname@example.org requests. Once we receive your request, we will let you know if an administration fee will be used to fulfill your request, as permitted by applicable law. APPLICABLE LAW / JURISDICTION
You agree that the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms. Please note that your use of the Site may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or dispute with Eazel relating in any way to your use of the Site resides in the courts of the Republic of Korea. In addition, you expressly waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding against Eazel its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or successors under or related to these Terms. Any claim or cause of action you have with respect to use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.
- What are these Technology? Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or other device that records information.
